About our service process
1.Customer development
Through a series of means, such as e-commerce, offline exhibition visits, etc., we will first introduce some products and company profile to buyers and understand the needs of buyers.
2. Quotation
The quotation will be made according to the buyer's product requirements. The quotation will include the quality level of the product, product specifications, whether the product has special packaging requirements, the quantity of the product to be purchased, delivery requirements, mode of transportation, product materials, etc.
3. Negotiation
The next step is to further confirm the price, terms of the transaction, mode of transportation, and payment method agreed by both parties. The buyer provides a purchase order and we send her a proforma invoice based on the purchase order.
4.Payment
The buyer makes a T/T wire transfer according to the amount on the commercial invoice.
5. Production and delivery
After our finance department receives the payment, the production department will receive the production order, procurement will be based on the production order for raw materials, production is completed, there will be a series of pre-shipment testing and then boxing and packing
6.Customs clearance process and shipment
The customs declaration certificate holders will go to the customs for customs clearance with the box list, invoice, customs declaration mandate, export clearance and write-off form, export goods contract copy, export goods inspection certificate and other documents. The goods are labeled, submitted for packing and the freight forwarder pick up the goods at our address.
